Hockey Registration: What you need to know
2020-07-30Hello CMHA Families,
The 2020/2021 hockey season is fast approaching. In preparation for the upcoming return to hockey, CMHA wants to provide you with a blast of information that will help ensure a smooth registration process from where to find registration forms to how to pay fees.
Registration Forms and Fees
CAHL Registration: Registration for U11 and up for the Central Alberta Hockey League.
RHL Registration: Registration for U5, U7, U9 and for the Rockies Hockey League (all levels)
U13 AA Try out and Conditioning Only
Registration fees: 2020/2021 Fee Schedule
All registrations received by August 15th, 2020 will be entered into a draw to go towards your minor hockey fees. The draw will be held August 24th, 2020.
Payments
There are three payment methods available for registration fees.
For those applying for grants or financial support, there are 3 different streams of funding that are easy to apply for. Please be aware that applications for funding are currently being accepted and processed, but funds may not be released to CMHA right away. If you are approved for funding through any of the funding sources below, please let the registrar know ASAP or you may be charged for your next instalment payment.

CRCA membership is required for registration. For memberships, please visit the CRCA website. Due to COVID-19, the Rec Centre office is closed until September 2020.

- 1st place - $500.00 registration discount
- 2nd place - $250.00 registration discount
- 3rd place - $100.00 registration discount
Payments
There are three payment methods available for registration fees.
- Cheques: for cheque drop off, please contact our registrar to make arrangements.
- Instalment plan online payment: split the payment for registration into monthly payments (2 or 4 equal payments).
- One time online payment: full payment of registration fees.

- 2020 Lace'em Up for Kids Hockey Registration Grant: Deadline September 30th 2020 or until funds run out.
- Kidsport Canada 2020: Deadline December 31st 2020.
- JumpStart: Available until funds run out.
