In late 2009 the Chestermere & Indus Referees' Association was formed which now includes and represents all officials from the Chestermere & Indus Minor Hockey Associations. The association operates under the direction of the CZRC - Central Zone Referees' Committee.

Referee Bookings

Chestermere Minor Hockey Teams

If you need to book referees for an exhibition game and plan to use an already scheduled practice ice time for your team, you must first contact  the Ice Director of CMHA using the following link:ice@chestermereminorhockey.com. Please ensure that you supply the following information: (Home Team, Date, Time, Duration, Visiting Team, Exhibition or League game & Venue). The Ice Director will then schedule your ice, or change your practice ice to game ice and will update the referee system. You will receive a confirmation that this change has been made.

***Please note that referees will automatically be scheduled for all games in Chestermere Red or Blue. It is up to the teams to cancel officials, charges may apply to the teams for late cancellation.

Indus Minor Hockey Teams

To book referees for Exhibition or League Games for all Indus Minor Hockey Association Teams simply send an email (using the following link) to assignor@ciraonline.com. Your email must include the team requesting the officials, league & level, home & visiting teams, date, time, duration of ice time, exhibition or league game and venue. You will then receive a confirmation email once your request has been received and all information confirmed.

All other Teams or Associations

If you do not belong to either CMHA or IMHA and would like to book referees please contact the Referee Assignor as noted below.
