Urgent ask volunteers to fill two CAHL League Governor positions

Hello Everyone,

We are looking for help to fill the following positions for this year's Hockey Season. We are hoping to fill the roles immediately, as CAHL will be starting Nov 6th. 

Here are the details for the roles: 

CAHL LEAGUE GOVERNOR X 2

The League Governors’ positions are a requirement of CAHL. The League Governor is the Association’s membership representative on CAHL’s Board of Directors. The number of League Governors shall be that as required by CAHL and is dictated by CAHL at the start of each season. The League Governor reports to the League Director. The League Governor is a non-voting member of the Board and are encouraged to attend regularly scheduled meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Attend all meetings of CAHL (fines levied for non-attendance) 

- Raise any concerns/issues on behalf of CMHA at the CAHL meetings 

- Ensure CMHA is apprised of any issues/concerns/changes identified by CAHL 

- Perform the responsibilities as outlined in the Bylaws of CAHL
