CMHA Coach Evaluations 2022

As the this years’ hockey season wraps up, we kindly ask that for your participation in the Coaches Evaluation Survey for the 2021 / 2022 hockey. Please answer the 12 question survey regarding your coaches this past season for your chance to win a $50 credit for registration next season. Please submit the survey for each head coach.

I ask you to please take the time (approximately 7 minutes) and fill out this survey as it is very important for CMHA to gather as much information as possible so we can help our coaches to continue to develop and improve as leaders. This will help us to identify the coaches strengths and weaknesses so CMHA can provide the necessary support to the coaches so they can then use those skills to not only develop hockey skills, but hopefully life skills to your players as well. Again the survey is important to the future of not only the coaches, but the players as well.
